I was so excited for my bike! I did quite a bit of research and read all of the positive reviews on Amazon. The box it arrived in was not hurt at all, and it seemed to be packaged well surrounded by styrofoam. But there are several dents in the metal. Some of them are only cosmetic and I was willing to overlook. The quick release knob was broken, which the company was willing to mail another at no cost. But there is no use replacing it now… the handlebars will only go down to a certain height because the base the handlebars fit in is bent inward. I am so annoyed with it all and don’t even want to deal with returning it. ( I live up a couple flights of stairs and don’t want to question another person to help me carry the 125 lb. bike again to ship it back.) Hopefully I will continue to take my frustration out on riding the bike and I will get my $500 use out of it. I’m just confused on how the company can box up a bike with so many obvious bent pieces.

I am a bit upset. Bought this bike as a present for a loved one, they opened it and one of the knob’s was broken into pieces. Called Customer Service at the beginning of January and they said that I would receive it within 7-10 business days, a month later, I still have not received it. Called again and was told they are on back order now. They called me back a couple hours later and said they have no records of me ever ordering the bike? I am upset with their customer service, especially since this was a present! I don’t reckon I would ever order from them again knowing they can’t keep their word on when they would send it, especially not even calling me to let me know that it was on back order when here I am waiting for a package. I have no thought what I am going to do now.

This bike came in fantastic condition with nothing broken or hurt. The ride is smooth and the resistance is easily adjustable for a quick change for spinning and interval training. The assembly wasn’t to terrible,it comes with the tools you’ll need and the hard parts are already assembled. A fantastic indoor exercise machine.

I am very pleased with this spinning bike. I have been spinning at my local YMCA for 4 years and chose a bike for home would be fantastic because my schedule was conflicting with class times at the gym on occasion. This bike is sturdy, smooth and comfortable. The assembly took about 30 minutes. This is a fantastic bike for the money. My only complaint is that the tension knob is too close to the frame. It’s not a problem just not quite as simple as the ones I am used to. All in all, a fantastic buy.

Just got the bike this week…..and did my first hour-long workout on it today….kicked my butt! Found it very sturdy, tho I have it on carpet so it’s a bit wobbly on the carpet. Not so wobbly it would fall over or anything. Had no distress putting it together and nothing arrived broken or hurt. Fantastic home spin bike! Equals the ones in my gym for half the price….
