The price was right. That’s about all that was right about this bike. I am small, 5’6″ barely and with the seat as high as it goes my knees are still bent when the pedals are fully extended. It reminds me of when I was an older child trying to ride those small pedal cars when I was just too huge. The body of the bike sits very low to the ground while the seat is high, making it a small unsteady.I have difficulty getting onto the seat because it is so high yet once on it my knees do not fully extend on the pedals. The construction does not seem very well built. Though all the bolts are tightened, the handles have too much wiggle room don’t seem terribly secure. I was looking for a less expensive bike because I bought a Body Flex XFR 1000 which was perfect in terms of seating and balance but it only lasted about 18 months before the fan wheel cracked. Much to my chagrin I realized only after I purcheased this bike that it was made by the same manufacturer. Shame on me for not checking more carefully. Well, it is less expensive than the XFR, much less comfortable and if the XFR which seemed to be built much more solidly than this one, then I am going to guess this one does not last the year. Oh, and the seat is about as uncomfortable as it gets. Nothing to recommend here.

I like this bike!! It it is a fantastic machine for the price. I was looking for something to add to my exercise routine that wouldn’t cost too much just in case I didn’t use it as much as in plotted on using it…I use it everyday for at least 20-30 mins a session. The only hard part about this machine is assembling it…luckily my sister was around who can assemble anything. The bike but can be a small noisy but I keep it out in the back yard so I can delight in an evening ride outdoors. If you are looking for a top quality machine I would not recommend this bike but I would recommend it for someone who is looking into getting into cycling and doesn’t want to spend too much money…I find I have a better work out if I start out just using my legs and not using the handle bars for a while, then switch to using both my legs and handle bars, then switch back to using just my legs…it brings the heart rate up and down and I really break a sweat. The seat can be a small uncomfortable but I just placed a folded towel on it and it feels much better. If I keep up with this bike I plot on purchasing some top quality equipment…for now this is exactly what I wanted.
